BBB Sampling/Food Social with Sabrina from Makin' Love

Welcome to the first of a series of events where you can learn more about the featured food items, get to know the chef, and be a part of our growing food community. For this event we are choosing to feature three "B" items, Bread, Butter, and Broth, for our BBB Food Social!

When you know and understand more about the food you eat, eating becomes so much more enjoyable and nourishing!

Take a brief moment to sit down, relax, and enjoy samples of Bread/Bagel, (flavored) Butter, and (bone) Broth. Ask questions, learn more about the ingredients and what goes in to the making of each item while getting acquainted with chef Sabrina and fellow food lovers.

You will take home:

1) a mini loaf of bread or 2 sourdough bagels

Choose ONE from the following 3 choices:

--sourdough bagel [choose topping: plain, seeded with salt, or everything seasoning]

--challah

--poi bread

2) flavored butter sample

3) 8oz of 24hr bone broth (chicken)

4) menu/price list for future BBB orders

à la maison will be expanding and renovating this summer 2023 to reopen the new Café by à la maison!

Sabrina from Makin' Love has been invited to create the menu for Café. We will be offering a wide selection of drinks and food.

This is one of the sampling events we are offering as a preview as we prepare for our reopening this summer. We hope that we can share ideas and build our vision with you.
