SHIPPING POLICY
  • Once placed, your order will be processed between 1 and 2 business days, not including Mondays and holidays.

  • We use the United States Postal Service for all of our domestic deliveries. Once we deliver the merchandise to the carrier, the risk of loss is assumed by the customer.

  • Deliveries to the U.S. mainland from Hawaiʻi take between 3 and 5 business days

REFUND POLICY
  • We do not offer refunds on items. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery. In the case of that customers are must pay all the postage for sending and receiving the products.The items must be received at our store within 14 days of your receipt and must be returned in new, unused condition in its original package, with your original receipt.

  • [FOOD] Since coffee and tea are perishable food items, all sales are final. If you received a defective item or are otherwise disappointed with your purchase, please contact us at our contact page within 7 days of when the package arrives, and we will do our best to make things right.

  • [VINTAGE] All vintage pieces including, ceramics, glass wares and other goods such as copper, brass and pewter items etc., all sales are final. There are absolutely no returns or exchanges.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
